1. Definition of Services : The services offered by FileFliq include sending and receiving files via our online platform.

2. Registration and Account Creation : To use the FileFliq services, you must create an account by providing true and accurate information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and ensuring that all activities conducted through your account are lawful and in compliance with these Terms and Conditions.

3. File Uploading and Sharing : By uploading files to FileFliq or sharing files with others, you represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share such content. You agree not to upload or share any files that:

   • Infringe intellectual property rights;
   • Contain viruses, malware, or other harmful code;
   • Are defamatory, offensive, or illegal.

4. File Storage : FileFliq may store your uploaded files on its servers or with third-party storage providers. 

5. File Sharing : When sharing files with others using FileFliq, you agree:

   • To only share files with authorized recipients;
   • Not to use FileFliq for spamming, phishing, or other malicious activities;

6. Liability and Indemnification : You acknowledge that the services provided by FileFliq are made available on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without warranty of any kind. FileFliq disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

   • The implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement;
   • Any warranty that the services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;

7. Limitation of Liability : In no event shall FileFliq be liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

   • Direct, indirect, consequential, incidental, special, punitive, or exemplary damages;
   • Damages resulting from business interruption or loss of data;
   • Damages resulting from your use of the services or any third-party's reliance on the services;

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction : These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through arbitration or, if necessary, court proceedings.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions : FileFliq reserves the right to modify or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of the services after such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

10. Entire Agreement : These Terms and Conditions represent the entire agreement between you and FileFliq regarding the use of our services, and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings.
